Description: Obagi Nu-Derm Clear is the major bleaching and correcting preparation in the Obagi Nu-Derm Skin Health Restoration program. It contains 4% hydroquinone (prescription strength) as the active ingredient in an activating base to increase its effectiveness. It is formulated to lighten dark areas in the skin such as age spots, freckles and liver spots.
Directions For Use: A thin application should be applied to the affected area twice daily or as directed by a physician. Apply Obagi Nu-Derm Clear to the entire face, morning and evening, avoiding the eyelids, extending to the hairline, over the ears and ending with a feathering motion from the jaw line down the neck. A second coat can be applied over darker pigmented lesions.  For AM/PM use.
