• 60-Day No Hassle Returns Policy:
  Here at TrueBeauty.com we want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us.  We will accept returns on items within 60 days of purchase.  Sorry, no refund on expedited shipping and handling fees.  Please include a copy of the original receipt with your return.  Please mail us the items with secured shipping method.  We will not be responsible for lost items.  Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt, and we will email you a refund receipt when it is processed.  For opened items, the product must be at least 75% full.   Only one opened item allowed per product per customer/address.
  
  
• 120% Price Protection Policy:
  If within 15 days from the date of your purchase, you find a lower, currently advertised price from another web site, we will gladly refund 120% of the difference between our price and theirs.
